Meet Jeff

As Chief Financial Officer, Jeff drives Johnson Financial Group’s financial management. He oversees finance, treasury, tax, compliance, legal, vendor management and facilities. He also provides strategic and tactical leadership to evaluate new projects, products and initiatives. Jeff’s analytical nature and extensive experience working in dynamic, complex banking and public accounting organizations enable him to build consensus to align strategies with corporate goals and objectives while maintaining efficient operations.

Jeff joined Johnson Financial Group as Controller in 2017 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2025.

Professional Qualifications

• Over 35 years in the banking industry, including in public accounting and large banks
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marquette University
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
