Are there any limits on the dollar amount of deposits I can submit?

Yes. You will be limited to deposits of $6,000 per business day and $12,000 over a period of five business days.

What types of checks can I deposit with Mobile Deposit?

Most checks can be processed through Mobile Deposit. We are unable to accept international checks, traveler's checks, savings bonds, or third-party checks through Mobile Deposit.

What accounts are eligible for Mobile Deposit?

Most personal deposit accounts (checking, savings and money market) are eligible for Mobile Deposit. Deposit accounts must be open for more than 30 days or have an initial deposit of $5,000 or more.

When will my deposit post to my account?

If your deposit is received prior to 7:00 p.m. Central Time on a business day, the deposit will be processed on that same day. If your deposit is received on or after 7:00 p.m. Central Time or on a non-business day, your deposit may not be processed until the next business day.

How will I know if my deposit has been received and approved?

You will receive a Deposit Received Notification by email when your deposit has been received. When your deposit is processed, you will receive a second email, either a Deposit Approved Notification or a Deposit Declined Notification. This email will indicate if the deposit was approved or declined for processing. If declined, a reason will be provided.

How do I endorse my check for Mobile Deposit?

Endorse the back of your check with the following: For Mobile Deposit Only, Johnson Financial Group, followed by your signature.

Frequently Asked Questions

By selecting Documents from the Menu, you can view, download or print your PDF statements, tax documents and notices. Statements include your deposit and mortgage accounts. Tax documents can be accessed for your deposit, loan and mortgage accounts, including 1099-INT, 1098 forms and more.

You may choose to turn off paper statements for some of your accounts. There are accounts that may require a paper statement be delivered to you. From the Menu, select Services and Statement Delivery Preferences to choose your delivery method for the eligible accounts.

Yes. Even if you choose to receive a paper statement, you can still access an electronic statement via Documents.
