As I reflect on our recent transition to BNY Mellon | Pershing and your experience over the last year, I find myself thinking about why we made this decision. Our commitment to you, our clients, is to understand what’s important to you, and provide tailored solutions that align with your goals, while keeping your assets safe.

The recent transition to BNY Mellon | Pershing provides an enhanced digital experience through our Wealth Management & Trust portal. You can make more informed financial decisions with: 

  • Access to real-time account holdings and information. You can view various documents such as statements, trade confirms, tax documents and account notifications.
  • Consistent, modern analytics and reporting of our investment recommendations that are crafted based on your goals.

Your Investment Account Statement

You can access your investment account statements online through Wealth Management & Trust anytime, anywhere. Click on the link below to download a how to guide for reading your new statement.

At the end of the year, you will receive statements for your wealth account(s) from both RBC Clearing & Custody and BNY Mellon | Pershing for tax purposes. If you have any questions on your statements, please contact your Johnson Financial Group advisor.

Accessing Historical Documents

If you currently have access to RBC Clearing and Custody’s online portal, you will continue to be able to access your historical documents as long as you maintain your User ID and Password.

No action is required with these emails. We strongly encourage you to access our Wealth Management & Trust portal for real-time holdings, account information and all your documents.
