As our team continues to prepare for the upcoming transition of your wealth account(s) to BNY Mellon | Pershing, we want to inform you of a few updates:
- Please know that your relationship with Johnson Financial Group will not change. You will continue to work with the advisors you know and trust.
- Timing to deliver your transition paperwork has been adjusted as we try to make this as easy and efficient for you as possible. Please find the updated timeline below.
We will communicate more details on the transition paperwork, including a link to an instruction guide on our client resource site. We will post the guide next week.
Week of February 14, 2022
You will receive an email from Johnson Financial Group via dse@docusign.net that will ask you to review and sign the transition paperwork by March 11, 2022.
Reminder: Assets will not begin transitioning until the week of April 11, 2022.
