Meet Tim
As Chief Information Officer, Tim leads the development and implementation of Johnson Financial Group’s technology strategy to drive the customer experience. With over three decades of experience on the front lines of technology evolution, Tim understands the importance of delivering innovative service solutions to both associates and customers. As a trusted partner and strategic leader, Tim focuses on providing secure, reliable and integrated technology solutions in alignment with corporate strategies. He fosters well-rounded partnerships through accountability and transparency while empowering his team to make decisions for the betterment of the organization.
Professional Qualifications
- More than 30 years of experience leading Information Technology functions in the financial services industry
- Created and led high performing innovation research and development teams at USAA
- Owned and transformed technical delivery of all digital products and services at USAA
- BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University; and an MBA in Finance from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas
Community Involvement
- Member of the Board of Trustees of the Sovrin Foundation, an international non-profit established to govern the world’s first self-sovereign, identity network built on blockchain
- Advisory Board Member for Best Buddies Wisconsin, a non-profit dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, and inclusive living
- Board Member for Life Navigators, whose mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental and related disabilities, their families, and the community through information, education, advocacy and life planning services
