Loomis ICO (Internet Change Order) Plus is a tool used by commercial clients, who contract for the service, to order currency and coin for their business.

Visit the Loomis ICO Plus website and select Sign In to Loomis Direct. Enter your User ID and Password on the following screen. Please note, new users must login within 15 minutes of receiving their new user activation email. If new users don’t log in within 15 minutes, they will need to use the Forgot Password option to log in the first time.

Your company administrator/primary company contact would be someone from your company that is authorized to contact Johnson Financial Group about your Loomis ICO Plus service.

Your User ID is your email address.

If you forget your password, select “Forgot Password” from the logon screen and follow the on-screen prompts. Please note, if you have five consecutive failed login attempts, your user ID will be locked out. Should this occur, the forgot password process will not work and you will need to contact Johnson Bank’s Treasury Management Support Team at 888.769.3796 (option 2).

You must log in once every 120 days to keep your ID active.

Passwords expire every 45 days. You will be alerted when your password is going to expire.

Passwords are a minimum of 8 characters, including at least one of each of the following: Upper-Case Letter, Lower-Case Letter, Number, and Special Character.

Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and choose Change Password.

Yes, if a session is idle for 30 minutes, you will be logged off automatically.

My Account (or Profile) is where you view and edit your profile information. You can edit your First or Last Name, Display Name, or Email Address. You will not be able to change your User ID from My Account.

Your order will be delivered based on your agreement with your armored courier. Questions regarding delivery days should be directed to your armored courier contact.

In Loomis ICO Plus, you will only be given the option to select your contracted delivery day.

Currency and coin orders are due based on your company’s agreed armored courier delivery date. Companies using Loomis as an armored courier generally find their currency and coin change orders are due by 10:00 AM CT, one business day before their delivery day. However, to confirm your cut off time as well as how many business days early (lead/prep days) you need to order, this information is provided on the left-hand side of the Coin and Currency Order screen once a location has been selected.

Your limit was established by your company administrator/primary company contact. For questions regarding your company’s order limits, please ask your company administrator/primary company contact.

You will be alerted that additional action is required before the order can be submitted. If need be, contact your company administrator.

Yes, an order may be edited as many times as needed prior to the cutoff time for your company’s orders. From the left-hand menu, open Orders and then select Orders List. Your most recent orders should appear at the top of the list. Find the order that you’d like to edit. If the pencil icon is available, you can click that to edit the order.

Yes, an order may be canceled prior to the order cutoff time. From the left-hand menu, open Orders and then select Orders List. Your most recent orders should appear at the top of the list. Find the order that you’d like to edit. If the “X” icon is available, you can click that to cancel the order. If you are past the cutoff time, please call our Support Team at 888.769.3796 (option 2) and they can see if they can manually get the order canceled. However, after the cutoff time, there is no guarantee the order can be canceled.

That depends on your contract with your armored courier and the best suggestion is to refer to your contract for that information. Generally, if you contract with Loomis as your armored courier, they will only come to your location if you have an order to be delivered. For deposit/shipment pickup service, contact your Loomis Vault or refer to your armored courier agreement.

Your company administrator/primary company contact will need to request Johnson Financial Group to build a new user. The company admistratrator/primary company contact will need to send an email to JFG Treasury Management Support with your company name followed by New Loomis ICO Plus User Request (for example, XYZ Company, Inc – New Loomis ICO Plus User Request). Inside the email, they should include the new user’s name, email address, and any locations to which that user should have access.

Your company administrator/primary company contact will need to request Johnson Financial Group to remove a user. The company administrator/primary company contact will need to send an email to JFG Treasury Management Support with your company name followed by Inactivate Loomis ICO Plus User Request (for example, XYZ Company, Inc – Inactivate Loomis ICO Plus User Request). Inside the email, they should include the name of the user they’d like to remove.
