With more than 20 years of human resources experience spanning public, private and acquisition-heavy environments, Jessica brings a rare depth of perspective to the complex, ever-evolving challenges of modern HR leadership. Jessica leads with both rigor and empathy, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, teamwork and inclusion at every level of the organization.

• Proven leader in talent strategy, human capital infrastructure and large-scale organizational change management
• Former Vice President of Human Resources at Landmark Credit Union, overseeing HR strategy for 1,000+ employees across multiple financial centers
• Served as the CHRO at Shopko Stores
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute, maintained since 2001
• Bachlor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater
