Use the checklist below to help you gather your documents to make the pre-approval process quick and easy!

Required Documents 

  • W-2s - two most recent years
  • Paystubs – 30 days most recent 
  • Bank deposit and loan statements – two most recent 
  • Current 401k, retirement and investment statements

Additional Documents

  • If you own rental properties, are self-employed or own a business.
  • Personal tax returns – two most recent years 
  • Tax bill and insurance coverage for rental properties
  • Business tax returns – two most recent years
