Vice President of State Affairs, Horizon Government Affairs 

J.P. joined Horizon Government Affairs as Vice President of State Affairs in January 2019. He was previously the Deputy Insurance Commissioner for the State of Wisconsin, where he supervised the regulatory, public information and administrative functions of the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance. J.P. also served on Governor Scott Walker's Opioid Task Force and served as an active member of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, where he chaired various subgroups including the Regulatory Framework Task Force and the Health Care Reform Alternatives Working Group. As Vice President of State Affairs, J.P. leads HGA's continued expansion into state policy; enhancing clients' access to state regulators, legislators, and executives while leveraging his more than 25 years of industry experience to drive smarter state policy reforms.



Brian Andrew 

Chief Investment Officer, Johnson Financial Group

Brian is President of Johnson Wealth, Inc. and is Chief Investment Officer for Johnson Financial Group. Brian is responsible for leading the investment team who builds our global investment platform to create solutions for institutional and individual clients. He is also responsible for the strategy of our multi-disciplinary Wealth business including trust, investment advisory, retirement plan and investment services. Brian joined Johnson Financial Group in 2015 with more than 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is experienced in managing portfolio assets for individuals and non-profit organizations including health care, senior living, foundation and university endowments. He has also led research groups conducting money manager research and due diligence. Brian is currently an adjunct professor for IE University’s graduate finance program, teaching portfolio management. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Wisconsin and as Chairman of the Board of the National Hemophilia Foundation. Read More
